NMLS & State Licenses

Mortgage license numbers (NMLS/State Licenses) appear on the listing itself and the lead form. 

To update these licensing numbers, please follow the instructions below:

1. Login To Advertiser Portal

2. Go to Update Rates Tab

3. Click on Update Rates link

4. Find Step 1: Select Institution

5.  Find Step 2: click on licensing numbers link

6. Click on state name, use NMLS/State License fields to enter licensing numbers and click save 

7.  Repeat steps 4-6 for each institution listed in Step 1
