Manual Rate Update

To update rates manually, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click Create a Rate
2. Designate: Set type, Market Group, Expiration date
3. Enter Rate information
4. *Note: If Intro Rate is not applicable, enter Rate value in both Intro Rate and Rate fields.
5. Enter Minimum and Maximum Amounts, Fees and Draw Amount
6. Select all applicable FICO Ranges
7. Enter CLTV Range
8. State any applicable Terms and Conditions
9. *Note: Internal Notes will not publish to rate tables.
10. Save or Save and Create Another
